FHGKENYA FITNESS FEST

FHGKENYA Fitness Fest is a day festival celebrating the fitness and movement community in Nairobi and the surrounding areas!
On Saturday 2nd December 2023, we will be bringing you an action-packed day of live workouts, talks and interviews, a walk-through exhibition of local fitness and wellness businesses, healthy food and drink, and the opportunity to compete in, or watch, the biggest fitness competition-
All profits from the festival will go to the JFCF PROJECT (JOIN FHGKENYA COMMUNITY FITNESS)  JFCF is designed to bring communities together over the weekend, in the spirit of improving well-being by reducing barriers to good health. Classes are held over weekends and are free of charge in your neighborhood taught by volunteer INSTRUCTORS with once a month free Virtual Q & A nutrition and fitness session.
