These are the terms for refund for all purchases made on our website.

 

1) If you make wrong payment not intended for FIT AND HEALTHY GENERATION KENYA

2) If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get
your money back no questions asked.

 

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 48 HOURS of your purchase as long as you return the product as it was. After 48hours
period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

 

3) If you decide to cancel a service to be offered by FIT AND HEALTHY GENERATION KENYA .You are eligible for full reimbursement if you cancel 1 week prior , 50% if its cancelled 48 hours prior and no reimbursement to be made if its within 48 hours

 

4) You allowed to freeze your payment to a late date if the notice is given 1 week prior to the event or service to be offered.
