JFCF isĀ designed to bring communities together over the weekend, in the spirit of improving well-being by reducing barriers to good health. Classes are held over weekends and are free of charge in your neighborhood taught by volunteer INSTRUCTORS, timingsĀ 7-8 am on Saturday’s.

We are looking for volunteer instructors and nutritionist through out the country to spread the project to different communities.
